What Inspired Me To Write A Blog

What Inspired Me To Write A Blog

This is the blog which inspired many people across the world.let me tell you what inspired me to write this blog.one day I was reading ISHA (OR ISHAVASAYAM) upanishad translated by swami Gambhirananda of Ramkrishna order, with the commentary of shri Adi Shankaracharya in the library of Ramkrishna Math, ulsoor,Bangalore. The following verse came:

"Yastu Sarvani bhutani Atmani Eva Anupshyati
Sarvabhuteshu cha atmanam tato na vijugupasate"

which means -He who sees all beings in the self itself, and the self in all beings, does not have any desire to hide anything from any one. this inspired me. From that day onwards,I thought i will not do anything for which I have to say lie to anyone or hide some thing. Then  the idea of writing a blog came in my mind.in this blog I expressed my personal  spiritual experiences ,my meeting with holy man- like Swami Damodaranandaji of Ramkrishna order and the stories told to me by many spiritually illumined souls.

swami Damodarananda ji left his body

Swami Damodaranadaji left his body: Just Today, i.e. on 13 Jul 14 at 04:15 p.m, I got a call from one of the devotees of Ramkrishna Mission, ulsoor,Bangalore that Rev. Swami Damodaranadaji passed away yesterday night in Belur math, Kolkata. He was 95.As per residents of the Belur Math,He embraced the death like a hero.he woke up at 2 a.m on 13 July 14 and went towards the Holy trio temple. But the temple was closed due to night.he did pranam from the outside and proceeded to vivekananda temple.he did meditation, on the backyard of vivekananda temple near Ganga-ghat,he undressed ochre-cloth and jumped into the holy river. This is also recorded in the security cameras over there. The next day, his body was found floating on the another shore of the river which means- he had crossed at least half of the ganga river. It is really extra ordinary thing.crossing half ganga, at the age of  ninety five is not an ordinary task.when his body was taken out, his face was shining radiantly.there was no sign of struggle for the life.his thumb was on the digitals of the finger which shows that he left his body while chanting the lord's name.

Reminiscences of Swami Damodaranadaji : When I was in Bangalore,he used to tell me-"I want to die like a Yogi, not like a rogi(ill person). Now this body is becoming weaker day by days. I am praying to Ramkrishna to take me to Ramkrishna-loka,the day he will say yes,the day he will respond to my prayer, that very day I will leave my body. I am just waiting for his call.I want to serve people but this body is weak so it will be better to take a new body and then do the same service again.I will certainly come again to serve humanity. One day I asked him-"would you like to die here in bangalore or at Belur Math, kolkata?" he replied-" In Belur Math."And that is what happened.
I shifted to lucknow from bangalore in march 14 due to my transfer. He used to live in bangalore, from April to Sep, and in Kolkata, from Oct to Mar.I met him last in Sep,2013.Since then I was connected to him through cell phone or e-mail.
I just called him yesterday to take his blessings on the Guru-purnima.I called him twice but there was no response. Then I text the SMS-'Pranam Swamiji, wish you happy Guru-Purnima.I called youon your cell but you did not response it.Anyways accept my pranams."I think last message on his cell was of mine only.I thought there must be some programme in the Belur Math on Guru Purnima so swamiji might ne busy there.but my mind was thinking of him only.
we also had a programme on Guru purnima in Ramkrishna Math,  Lucknow.so I went there. When I was meditating in the shrine room, thoughts of swami Damodaranandaji overwhelming me.Later i went to book stall where I found a new book on the life of swami vireshwaranandaji in hindi.I took that  book and started seeing pages at random.I happened to see few images of swami Damodaranandaji with swami vireshwaranandaji.I felt an immense joy to see his images. My mind was meditative from morning itself and i was feeling that swamiji is inspiring me for meditation and japa.so i did meditation more than that I usually do. i was perplexed that what is happening to me. i thought this is all grace of swami Damodaranandaji on me which is making me so joyful.I have just heard of that experiences hitherto but for the first time, it has become my own experience.

The moment I heard of his passing away , I immediately decided to go Ramkrishna mission,Lucknow topray for him.so i again went to Ramkrishna Mah to remember him in silence. The moment i closed my eyesfountain of tears broke from my eyes. Now, his passing away is an irreparable loss to Ramakrishna Mission as well as the devotees. He was a great tyaagi. His life has inspired many.i have met many eminent spiritual personalities in my life but none is comparable to him.His personality gave sometimes glimpses of Ramkrishna especially when he is in ecstatic moods, sometimesglimpse of swami Vivekananda especially when he used to sing-"song of the Sannyasin"written by Swami Vivekananda and while reading quotations of swami Vivekananda, and some times glimpse of holy motherwhile giving blessings and advising the seekers. For me he was a child of 95. He was so pure as if he was only a five year old child. his voice was extra ordinarily melodious.still Ramkrishna stotra dashkam  sung by him still rings in our mind.
in the end, i would like to say that he had showered his blessings on me before his departure to astral world.I got the rare opportunityto serve him in his room and also did holy gossip as he used to call evening conversation as holy Gossip.

On the surface, it seems very easy to write an article or biographical sketch of well known personalities such as Yogendra Singh Rathore or so. But practically, it is difficult thing to study the inner scaffolding of such person. As, for that ,one have to go into their shoes to show their real                            personalities .one have to analyze, scrutinize and explore or unleash the very core of the personality.

Let me just commence with what he is for his fans:

For some people, he is an entrepreneur, for some people he is the best friend, for some people he is an humanitarean, for some people he is an ardent spiritual seeeker, for some people he is a magnet who attracts success, for some people he is a writer and poet who touches the hearts of the readers, unfailingly. For some people he is a mentor or guru, for some people he is a counselor, for some people he is a magical being or so and so forth. That is how people relate them with him

His early life, education and becoming an entrepreneur:

Yogendra Singh rathore was born on 10 July,1987 into a Rajput family at bagoli - a village located in the Indian state of Rajasthan. His father Ranveer Singh is a govt employee in agriculture department and the mother prem kanwar is a home maker. He has got one elder sister and one younger brother.
In the year 1992, this rajput family came to Ajmer and he was admitted in an English medium school dayananda bal niketan. He used to be among the toppers from the very beginning to the completion of the education.bieng a student, his memory was sharp as sword. He was able to learn difficult things or topics with an extra ordinary ease. Concentration and perseverance were his innate qualities. He never ran after success but he beguiles the success always after him. He was very friendly to all. he put equal concentration in the academics as well as sports, one thing that I like most about him is that his craziness about the goal. He rarely participated in any extra-curricular activities hitherto. In 2003, he passed his secondary examination with excellent marks. Then he decided to go in some cbse school. So he took admission in demonstration school, Ajmer and opted for pcm as they were his favorite subjects. There also he was among the toppers. There he felt the importance of extra-curricular activities in the life and started taking active participation in it. One thing I forget to tell u is that he is a poet from very childhood.
In this way, in 2005, he passed senior secondary with high percentile. After that he gave various competitive examinations like AIEEE, NDA, RPET or so and got the splendid success in all. He chose engineering out of them. He got the admission in the well known engineering college-"Nirma institute of technology, Ahmendabad.while doing his B.Tech he came in contact with a network of entrepreneurs. He also joined that networking group. Soon, he became a good entrepreneur. That’s when he developed himself as an ardent entrepreneur. He passed his B.Tech with first class, with excellent grades. So far I have discussed his personal and academic life, now I would like to tell you about his social family and career life.
Socially, he is a gregarious person. His charismatic personality used to make people not only his friends but also fans irrespective of caste or age etc. he is or has been having a large circle of friends. His all family members and relatives have a special respect and love to him. They feel proud of him. And, he is, too, loveful to all. On 05 may, 2011, he is wed locked with vanshikha shekhawat. She is his better-half. They have good chemistry between them. Although, this was an arrange marriage yet whoever observe or notice them feel that it must be a love marriage. Being a husband, he proved himself as an ideal husband. She is doing MBA from IIPM, Ahmadabad.
Career: he found his calling in the field of network-marketing or entrepreneurship so he avoided sitting for any placement in the faculty. Soon after completion of his degree in B.Tech. , he founded a company named 'united edupreneur put ltd.alongwith parternership of his two classmates. This company is one of the fastest flourishing companies in the field of entrepreneurship. He has a flourishing professional life as an entrepreneur, but few years ago, he discovered the extra-ordinary traits or techniques to memories the things and tricks of Vedic mathematics which gave him an upturn in the field of memory and mathematics.

With constant hard work and dedication towards his profession, he has earned well deserved name and fame in both the field. He has discovered hundreds of techniques to memorize the mind-boggling things of the text books whether it is a periodic table, mathematical formulae, quotations or speeches. And he is still unleashing or discovering new techniques for his students. He has not only touched but also transformed the lives of lakhs of people by his exuberant training through his various life changing workshops, inter-active sessions, seminars and webinars or so.
He says-" I train students to enhance their memory and calculation power for the same reason as I breathe -because if I did not, I would die."
This remark shows his passion or craziness towards his profession. What I want to tell u here is that unless you are crazy about anything, you will not get anything
Touching and transforming lives of lakhs of people is not as easy as it seems. It needs perpetual self-effort and training.
I am not a predictor or a fortune-teller but just by observing his great tasks in such a young age, something make me predict that one day not only India but the whole world feel proud of having him here on this planet.
In the end, I would like to share one short poetical remark which is written by one of his trained student;
"With his tricks,
He does long calculations in seconds,
 Life has become as easy
As feather flying in the winds,
 He is knowledge -trasure,
His memory is as sharp as razor,
 Before he met mathematics make me run;
Now it is just a fun."

EPILOGUE:

He is an optimist from core. The very presence of this man make people believe that they are the most confident people over the planet. He has unending zeal and enthusiasm to transform the lives of the people who comes in contact with him anyway. The most prominent feature of his life is -he wants to pour every drop of his knowledge and experience to the people who are struggling to live  life to thier full capabiities.
Currently, he is writing a book named may be-'Awaken the memory genious within".I have gone through manuscripts of the book and I am Stunned that hitherto nobody ever written such book on self Improvement as he is writing. The unique thing or the primary difference between other books and this is that -It contains not only theoretical details but also have powerful and very practical techniques which would be fully capable to transform the readers life exuberantly.Friends, the only defect of this book is that it has an end. I Think just by reading this book individuals will be able to turn themselves into a memory giant. To be a memory Giant, has been considered as something esoteric or God gifted . But he has demystified the secrets facts of memory to the common people.Soon we hope this book to see in the all the  book shops. My best wishes to him for his Debut Book-'Awaken the memory genius within.'

EATING FRUIT...

Hi

Eating Fruit - this opened my eyes.

Dr Stephen Mak is a friend of mine at the BSF course. He told me he treats terminal ill cancer patients by "un-orthodox" way and many patients recovered. He explains to me before he is using solar energy to clear the illnesses of his patients.  He believes on natural healing in the body against illnesses. See the article below.

Thanks for the email on fruits and juices. It is one of the strategies to heal cancer. As of late, my success rate in curing cancer is about 80%. Cancer patients shouldn't die. The cure for cancer is already found. It is whether you believe it or not? I am sorry for the hundreds of cancer patients who die under the conventional treatments.. Very few can live for 5 years under the convenctional treatments and most live for only about 2 to 3 years. The conventional treatments do not make any difference because most cancer patients also live for about 2 to 3 years without undergoing any treatment. It is difficult to cure those cancer patients  who have undergone chemo and radiotherapy as their cells are toxic and weak. When there is a relapse, the cancer will spread very fast as the resistance is poor.
Thanks and God bless.
Dr Stephen Mak

EATING FRUIT...

It's long but very informative

We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths. It's not as easy as you think. It's important to know how andwhen to eat.

What is the correct way of eating fruits?

IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS! * FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTYSTOMACH.

If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.

FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD.
Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so.

In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid.. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil....

So please eat your fruits on anempty stomach or before your meals! You have heard people complaining — every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet, etc — actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the putrifying other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat!

Graying hair
, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under the eyes all these willNOThappen if you take fruits on an empty stomach.

There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter. If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the Secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.

When you need to drink fruit juice - drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT from the cans. Don't even drink juice that has been heated up. Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all. You only get to taste. Cooking destroys all the vitamins.

But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice.. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body. Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look!

KIWI:
Tiny but mighty. This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, vitamin E & fiber. Its vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.

APPLE:
An apple a day keeps the doctor away? Although an apple has a low vitamin C content, it has antioxidants & flavonoids which enhances the activity of vitamin C thereby helping to lower the risks of colon cancer, heart attack & stroke.

STRAWBERRY:
Protective Fruit. Strawberries have the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits & protect the body from cancer-causing, blood vessel-clogging free radicals.

ORANGE :
Sweetest medicine. Taking 2-4 oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent & dissolve kidney stones as well as lessens the risk of colon cancer.

WATERMELON:
Coolest thirst quencher. Composed of 92% water, it is also packed with a giant dose of glutathione, which helps boost our immune system. They are also a key source of lycopene — the cancer fighting oxidant. Other nutrients found in watermelon are vitamin C & Potassium.

GUAVA & PAPAYA:
Top awards for vitamin C. They are the clear winners for their high vitamin C content. Guava is also rich in fiber, which helps prevent constipation. Papaya is rich in carotene; this is good for your eyes.

Drinking Cold water after a meal = Cancer!
Can u believe this?? For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

A serious note about heart attacks HEART ATTACK PROCEDURE': (THIS IS NOT A JOKE!) Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line. You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. Sixty percent of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know the better chance we could survive.

A cardiologist says if everyone who gets this mail sends it to 10 people, you can be sure that we'll save at least one life.

Read this....It could save your life!!

‘Chakras’ as I understand them

The creation has done its role by providing you such a delicate machine-human body. Just suppose that someone is having a PC but he is entirely ignorant as to interernet connection and one day I Come and say that there is some technique through which you can connect through whole world by using the same pc. You can explore to whole world. Will he believe on me?
So today I would like to introduce such thing about that you might have heard but it would not be in the experience of the most of you or all of you.
There are seventy two thousand 'nadis' in our body and there are one hundred and fourteen junctions or centre of vitality which is commonly known as ‘chakra’. So there are one hundred and fourteen ‘chakra’ in our body according to yogis system. And out of one hundred and fourteen, there are seven chakras which plays a significant role in our life.the word ‘chakra’ literally means ‘wheel’. As you know that wheel is always circular no matter it is a wheel of cycle, byke, car or truck. Why do we use circular tires? Because it has least friction likewise there are certain chakras if they are activated our life become least frictioned, I mean to say that we will move in the life, in all circumstances-quite effortlessly.
Out of seventy two thousand nerves, there are three important nerves in our body which are called ‘Ida’,’pingala’ and ‘sushumana’. These three nerves meet on seven major junctions in our s spinal column. Yogis says that, however, these seven chakras are not visible by any scientific means yet we can locate these seven chakras by using physiology which is aforementioned i .e  these major junctions can be called as chakras where Ida, pingala and shushmuna nerves meets.
By awakening these chakras your life can transform in a phenomenal way. Joy and peace, energy and strength, intelligence and wisdom will be an easiest access in your life.you will be able to sustain moments of joys in your life. But it does not mean that life will happen in your way but the fact is that outside may be happing unpleasant things yet you will be pleasant calm by just awakening some circles which are not somewhere but within you. But the moment we hear the word ‘chakras, we think that the awakening of the chakras or kundalini is prerogative for sages, monks and yogis only. But this not the fact even a laymen can awaken their chakras by following some techniques of meditation. There are various methods of rising up this latent energy like music, chanting, meditations, asanas (postures) Bandhas (locks), mudras etc.
Here we will discuss on awakning of the kundalini or chakras through meditation and mudras.

To know more about it keep reading my blogs. best of luck
