HOW TO ACHIEVE FULSOME WELLBIENG AND VITALITY 


Since over the months or years, my friend has been telling me to write a book on the subject but owing to my busy life or someone and another reason I have to procrastinate this task. Writing book is long as well as tedious and industrious task on this topic so, by then, this blog will serve the purpose of book.

In ancient time yogi used to say that- “Body, mind and soul need to work in harmony to each other in order to achieve our highest well-being.” But today we have just forgotten this concept. By health we mean only good muscles like a model. But this is not the health. Some youngsters go to gym and think that they will achieve glowing health and shape. But most of gym exercises just stimulate the muscles only. They do not make us mentally stronger. They do not boost us spiritually. Spiritual development is also a part of good health. They can affect our animal consciousness but not subtle nature or soul consciousness
